For any business, email marketing is an essential. While there are many email providers available, we use Mailchimp because of its ease of use, list tagging, and integrations. Mailchimp’s free version lets you have up to 2000 subscribers and send up to 12,000 emails each month. You can expand with Mailchimp for a long time if you have so many free subscribers and emails. It’s also quite simple to use, with many of themes and design options to make your email look polished. GOOGLE FORMS:

We are certainly living in the digital age, and gathering leads with pen and paper is no longer an option. Your leads should flow into a spreadsheet where you can filter, target, and track each entry’s actions. You can do it with Google Forms. Google Forms is a simple form builder that you can send through email, URL, or embed on your website. It saves entries to Google Sheets automatically, ensuring that all data is in an editable format for you to act on. Best of all, you can send confirmation emails to replies with a simple free add-on. Try it out at your next open house and wow your guests with your digital prowess!

SURVEY MONKEY

Business moves fast and your clients even faster. You need a way to stay in touch with what your clients are thinking and which way the market is trending. Yes, there is lots of free research out there on the real estate industry. But what if you could provide micro data and trends for your community? Now that is a way to set yourself apart from your peers. Survey Monkey’s basic plan is free and offers unlimited surveys (up to 10 questions), only downside is that you are limited to viewing only 100 of the responses. Realtors Marketing Tools and ZAPIER:

As you start to stand up various business tools you will quickly notice that while they each serve their purpose, managing each one starts to take up your time. With Zapier you can easily add some system integrations to save you time. On the free version you get five free  zaps (integrations).
